Integration checklist: what we need to spec a board

Most quoting delays come from the same handful of missing facts. Gather these before you write to us and the first reply can be a real answer instead of a list of questions.

About the machine

  • What the machine sells and how it dispenses — pumps, valves, augers, spirals, brewing group.
  • Manufacturer and model, if it is an existing machine rather than your own build.
  • Whether you are replacing the controller or adding a module alongside it.

About payment

  • Which payment devices are already fitted, with make and model.
  • Which interface they use: MDB, ccTalk, CCNET, pulse — or unknown, which is a fine answer.
  • Whether cash has to be accepted, or cashless and QR only.
  • Which acquirer and which fiscal service you intend to use, if fiscalization applies.

About the site

  • Network available at the machine: Ethernet, Wi-Fi or mobile only.
  • Indoor or outdoor, and the temperature range the electronics will see.
  • Sensors that must be read: flow, temperature, level, TDS, door and jam switches.

About the order

  • Quantity for the first batch and the expected annual volume.
  • Target market — it decides the fiscal and language requirements.
  • Whether you need your own branding on the interface, and in which languages.

Pinouts, terminal assignments and firmware notes are tied to a specific board revision, so we send them directly rather than publish a page that can go stale. Tell us the machine and we will send the matching set.
